1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tapmet's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Tapmet's services for personal or commercial business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
A valid credit card is required to process the payment for the subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tapmet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
